AMAZING. This was our first time refinancing our home, and I’m so glad it was with Chase. My family and I were originally going to go with our original lender, but after a friend referred us to Chase (and told us that he had awesome rates) we didn’t look back. Our original lending company was a Big box type organization— long hold times to get to an agent, and having to play phone tag to get on their business hours. Working with Chase was a totally different experience. He was responsive via email and phone calls, and attentive with every single question and concern that we had. You will not find a more dedicated Loan Officer than Chase Zinkil. We bought a home on a jumbo VA late last year. Chase answered my emails and texts, 24/7 within hours, day and night and weekends and holidays. He got me the best possible rate I could get at the time, and made it so easy for me since I'm not loan-savvy. Last month, he reached out to me for a refinance. We just closed on it last week. It cost me $0 to refinance. No exaggeration. $0. I dropped $700+ off of my monthly payment. I'm actually getting a couple hundred dollars refund check on the refinance. I never left my house.
