He has great communication skills, organized, and helpful throughout the entire process. 5 STARS*****LendUS An extremely dedicated and professional group of individuals. I say individuals because when I first started shopping around for rates to refinance my house in Clarksville TN, I was going to go with another company that literally promised me they were getting the best possible deal. A friend of mine referred me to Chase and I contacted him to see what he could do for us, but Chase was not licensed in TN however in a matter of minutes Chase got me in contact with Hunter. Hunter and his team not only beat all others offers and rates, but they got me the best possible rate and the entire process took only a matter of days from start to closing including the loan being fully funded. I cannot express enough the gratitude my family and I feel for the entire team effort. They made everything extremely easy, fast, and stress-free. Without a doubt, I would recommend this group to anyone wanting to refinance or are simply looking at options when thinking of buying a home and we will most definitely go back to them in the future. AMAZING. This was our first time refinancing our home, and I’m so glad it was with Chase. My family and I were originally going to go with our original lender, but after a friend referred us to Chase (and told us that he had awesome rates) we didn’t look back. Our original lending company was a Big box type organization— long hold times to get to an agent, and having to play phone tag to get on their business hours. Working with Chase was a totally different experience. He was responsive via email and phone calls, and attentive with every single question and concern that we had. It was an obvious choice to go with Chase— especially because his rates were better than our original lender. Moreover, Chase’s communication throughout the process was perfect. Chase’s detail oriented style was in line with my husbands, and the big picture summation of everything that needed to get done and checking in to tell us where we were in the process was in line with my communication style. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Chase and would highly recommend anyone wondering if they should refinance to talk to him. You’ll be impressed, just as much as we were, at how painless and easy the process was with Chase.

We needed to refinance our house. We tried for six months or more. I cannot tell you how many mortgage brokers or lending institutions we tried, and all of them turned us down. We were ready to give up. One day, I received a call from Mr. Chase Zinkil as he had found out that we were trying to refinance. I explained that we had been turned down by many brokers, but he said he would like to give it a try. Mr. Chase Zinkil went to work and he never gave up. After a month of trying to get the house refinanced on our terms and interest rate so low, he was able to do it. I couldn’t believe it! I am highly recommending Lend US and Mr. Chase Zinkil. Chase is nothing short of excellent. As first time buyers in Southern California, the home buying process can be daunting. Your dealing with a market so competitive, that as I first time buyer your looking to spend around 500k on a starter home. So you want to make sure you find the right team to handle this process. Chase was not only transparent every step of the way but he went above and beyond to explain the smallest details. He always reassured us when we had questions. Chase worked day and night to close our escrow within 30 days. His phone app, allowed us to see our Loan process along the way and helped give us 24 hour access to documents. Chase worked really hard to not only find us the lowest interest rate possible but found us lender credit that helped with closing cost! If you are looking for a guy who will work hard for you every step of the way and knows what he is doing, look no further cause chase is your guy!

You will not find a more dedicated Loan Officer than Chase Zinkil. We bought a home on a jumbo VA late last year. Chase answered my emails and texts, 24/7 within hours, day and night and weekends and holidays. He got me the best possible rate I could get at the time, and made it so easy for me since I'm not loan-savvy. Last month, he reached out to me for a refinance. We just closed on it last week. It cost me $0 to refinance. No exaggeration. $0. I dropped $700+ off of my monthly payment. I'm actually getting a couple hundred dollars refund check on the refinance. I never left my house. I provided all signatures on my laptop, and he sent the notary to my front porch to wet sign everything. If rates continue to drop, I will refinance again with him in a heartbeat. The more you give the more you get, LendUS is all about giving! Mr. Chase Zinkil the loan officer who facilitated the refinance on my home is not the person to make you feel belittled for asking a stupid question and understands veterans as if he was one himself. I’m grateful to have had the privilege to work with a genuinely honest respectful businessman and company. Who has significantly helped my family and I save minus the stress of wondering if we were getting the best deal available. If I could give Chase and his team 20 stars I absolutely would. Chase is an incredible and extremely knowledgeable lender to work with. We researched several lenders before we began our transaction, and nobody came close to beating the rate that Chase was able to give us. With this being our first refinance, we did not know what to expect during the process. Chase went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and that our transaction went as smoothly as possible. Because of Chase and his team, we felt confident throughout the entire process. HIGHLY recommend!!
