The quality on one transfer was not great - not sure if it was due to the original or not.

when i called to confirm they did this type of video editing and to get the price, the person on the phone was very pleasant and informative. Told me how to cue up the tape to get it ready. once in the store, they were courteous and pleasant. I took the tape in on saturday afternoon and they phoned the following tuesday to advise it was ready. The quality is GREAT and I am very happy with their service. Will be taking the video tape from my daughter's first wedding there to transfer to DVD, as well.

WE WERE SUFFICIENTLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY THE VIDEO EDITOR. THEY HAD THE VIDEO READY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE, BUT THE WORK WAS NOT DONE AS PER OUR REQUEST.
