 + -1 moreThe quality on one transfer was not great - not sure if it was due to the original or not.
Description of Work: Used a Groupon coupon to have some old VHS videotapes converted to DVD.

 + -1 morewhen i called to confirm they did this type of video editing and to get the price, the person on the phone was very pleasant and informative. Told me how to cue up the tape to get it ready. once in the store, they were courteous and pleasant. I took the tape in on saturday afternoon and they phoned the following tuesday to advise it was ready. The quality is GREAT and I am very happy with their service. Will be taking the video tape from my daughter's first wedding there to transfer to DVD, as well.
Description of Work: Copied a portion of a VHS tape to 2 DVD's. I had taped a TV show that included a segment on invasive roots from a liquidamber tree. I wanted to present the information to a neighbor, who has this tree and the roots are growing under our shared fence and into my yard. this seemed like the best way to show her the problem.

 + -1 moreWE WERE SUFFICIENTLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED BY THE VIDEO EDITOR. THEY HAD THE VIDEO READY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE, BUT THE WORK WAS NOT DONE AS PER OUR REQUEST.
Description of Work: WE ASKED THE VIDEO EDITOR TO TRANSFER OUR DIGITAL VIDEO TAPE TO A COMPACT DISK.
