They were fabulous. They're really good. Their product, we're really happy with. He was tenacious with the system. He's tenacious about his customer service. They follow-up any questions. They've been very accommodating. They came and they couldn't come back to do the rest of it yet. They told us the cheap way to buy the system. Rick was really good. We shopped hard for this and he went under everybody else. If anyone is going to put in a water softening system, that's who I would talk to. They were on time and they called before they came. They made the difference to our water.
Description of Work: We did use Pure Elements. Inc. for water filtration. They've installed the whole house system. They've got the line in the back of the fridge.
