I initially used Matt's service. It was fine when you first started because he is attentive. however, as soon as something goes wrong or if you need additional support, it is hard to get hold of him. I needed to upgrade my system and I tried to reach out to Matt. It was impossible to get hold of. So finally, I had to call ADT. I asked Matt to end services. He didn't respond and kept on charging me. I had to call my credit card company to stop Matt from charging.

Prompt response to inquiry with evaluation of options to cost-effectively enhance security. Multiple options were offered and considered and we agreed on a simple but effective system. Two requested amendments to the original proposal were efficiently handled and the system installation occurred exactly as planned. The work was done carefully with no damage to any walls, etc. Upon completion, instruction and demonstration of use was patiently performed and I am very satisfied with the system.

Matt was amazing! He was quick to return my initial call regarding estimates, etc. He was accommodating, flexible, professional and super easy to work with. If you are looking for an honest, all around good guy, call Matt Nichols. He's the man for the job!

From start to finish this was a top notch company. From engagement when we were looking for a new security company to phone conversations and questions being answered in a timely manner. Set-up and installation was painless. Technician was professional and took the time to ensure I fully understood the operation of system, (which was surprisingly easy to understand).
Another thing; the system works! A few days after system start-up my son who resides away from us, entered home and was immediately challenged over intercom. I received a call within minutes. I am very pleased with he process and Patriot's services.

Installation was good. They were prompt and replaced old equipment with new. All installation was Free. Activation fee reasonable. Monthly charge lower then my previous company. Camera's can be added at a later date.
