As an owner of many properties my experiences caused me of be cautious in choosing a Painter my personal home.. A wonderful job on my home. Took 4 days and I still cannot find any imperfect areas. Left the property immaculate. Sorry no place to give Chris a 6 stars.

Chris was very thorough and clear on his quote. The work was done promptly and professionally. The team cleaned up after the job and I was very satisfied with the results. Chris stopped by every day to check on progress and to ask if there were any issues. I would highly recommend them for facia board replacements and painting.

When I knew I needed to paint my house, I dreaded trying to find a company. A friend referred me to George Parks Roofing and Painting. First of all, they answered the phone the first time I called, which was great. They came right out to assess the job and explained their process in detail. I have an HOA, so matching the approved color scheme is important. Chris Parks took the time to walk over to another house with the same color scheme to make sure he had a full understanding. I also needed to have the house re-roofed. Chris Parks explained to me that since I had one layer of roof, it would be possible to put a new roof over the existing roof that was in really bad shape. This was very cost effective and it looks great. The key with this is, I didn't know this was an option, and if Chris Parks had told me they would have to remove and replace my roof (much more expensive), I would have believed him and they would have made more money. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity. The crew that did the roofing and painting were very efficient, professional, prompt and careful. They kept me up to date on their progress and next steps, which I really appreciated. Painting and re-roofing are big jobs and it is stressful to be faced with these home upkeep needs, but George Parks Roofing and Painting definitely took the stress out of the entire process.

Very well. They did a great job. Good prep work on wood and stucco and a good thick application of Sherwin-Williams paint. They masked well and kept the mess to a minimum. They were in and out in five days to meet my vacation schedule.

We are happy with the way the work turned out. Our only complaints are that after removing the sleepers under the electrical they refused to put them back. Also some trash was left in our yard.

Great! We had a 24 year old house and the front roof was leaking, Chris came out and did a preliminary evaluation and described everything very well. George came out later and we completed the evaluation and got a final estimate. The work was done over a four day period. They replaced only the parts of the roof that were leaking or likely to leak in the future. The key improvement item was putting down two layers of water proof covering where originally there was only one protective layer( below the curved brick roofing) in the original construction. The curved brick roofing was only replaced where there were broken items. Most of the old roof bricking/tiling was retained and blended well with the new roofing. The crew, of 2-5 (led by Conrad) worked very hard and are quite skilled. They completed the project over a 3-4 day period. I have high confidence in their work and am looking forward to the next big rain as the Final-Acid test of their work. I don't expect any problems but have high confidence that this 3-Generation-Family Business would make good in the Highly UNlikely Event of further leaks. Thanks Guys, Good Work!, Mitch

We called five companies and They were the only one to return my call and came out and repaired it totally to my satisfaction. Pricing is very fair and very consistent and no overruns. They follow through on everything that they were gonna do.

It was excellent and top quality. The company made me feel comfortable and the price is reasonable. There response is very on time.

Service was excellent, work was done within 6 days. All commitments were met. We were especially pleased with the fact that with one contractor the roofing, carpentry work and painting was able to do all the work. Good workmanship, timely and competitive.

Went great. They were thoughtful and everything turned out great. They also paint, so it was nice that they repaired and painted everything before they left so i wouldn't have to hire another contractor.

George Parks repaired stucco and wood trim as well as painted the entire exterior of our home. Chris was very professional, responsive and helpful throughout the process. Jonathan and his crew were punctual, clean and finished the job ahead of schedule. I will sleep easier knowing that we have the elastomeric sealant exterior paint on our home during the rainy seasons. I would definitely hire George Park Roofing and Painting again.

I had a great experience with George Parks. The person I worked with, Chris, was very responsive both via email and phone. I appreciated this as I have very little time in the day to talk with contractors and be at the house. Out of three quotes, they were the lowest, although it was close to the others. It didn't require much effort on my part; Chris just came by when I was out, and sent me a quote the same day via email. He didn't pressure me at all to get going. I live in a relatively strict HOA; Chris handled all the questions and handled all required permits. The work seemed to go very efficiently. The workers kept the area as clean as possible. The work was done as fast as they estimated. They didn't cut corners; made sure that any damaged wood was repaired. The additional cost for the repairs were very reasonable. My one comment; I would have preferred to have been notified beforehand of the expected cost once it was known. It was understandable as the extra cost was not significant and the workers were trying to keep to the schedule. Chris did warn me beforehand that there may be additional costs and provided me the rates for the incremental costs. All in all, I was very satisfied. The quality of work was excellent and I feel that I got adequate value for the cost.

I had estimates from 4 contractors, and all of them recommended reusing my exisrting tile. Unfortunately, the Glendale inspector insisted on changing to a lightweight concrete tile. This added a lot to the cost, but it was hardly the fault of this contractor... Naturally, the inspector interrupted work with this just as some late-season chance of showers showed up on the horizon. Chris Parks arranged to have my roof tarped, charging me only for the, cost of the tarps. Throughout the whole process, Chris was responsive and accommodating to my questions and requests, including making a special trip to let my wife and I look at samples of tiles we were considering. . He also did all of the interaction with the permitting office, which the fine print of some of the other bids I got would have put on my shoulders. His crew did a god clean-up at the end of each day. In the end, the cost was on a par with some of the other bids - which had assumed re-use of my exisitng tile. The roof looks great,and I am pleased with the results. The one thing I have not rated is quality. I am not really qualified to judge the quality of the work, although everything Chris and his guys said passed the usual Google-driven interrogation. From the attention to detail exhibited by Chris and his crew I expect that the quality is excellent. I hope to confirm that after our next major storm, whenever that may be.

Very smooth very professional

Everything went well. Some additional repairs were discovered and taken care of without additional cost. Most of repairs were caused by termite damage. This was the second time I used George Parks Roofing & Painting. My first experience was June, 2017, and the work included wood replacement, painting of wood and stucco, and a coating added to flat roof. All work was handled in a professional manner and to my satisfaction.
