We have been in business approaching 45 years strong. And have survived economic crash’s and everything else the world can throw at us including Covid - 19 pandemics. And still maintain a great reputation on all platforms and continue to receive positive reviews and excellent word of mouth referrals daily. I never worked for this customer, I did come out during the corona virus immediately when she called with a proper face mask and spent about 30 min of my time providing information on roofing options. I did my part to practice social distancing as well We use technology and software called Eagle View that will provide all the measurements and information we need to provide estimates on roofing that’s available on my iPhone. Thanks for your review. The reason we remove the "rake" tiles or the tiles that wrap around the fascia boards at a 90 degree angle is to allow for a complete surface preparation and painting If you don't remove the tile your only painting about 50% of your fascia board and with out proper protection that wood can rot over time. After 50 years painting houses we can only provide customers with a top quality job. We can't cut corners I am sorry you felt the need to write us a negative review that hurts our family business and reputation. We only took our time to provide you a complete free estimate. I want to encourage customers to re search our company we are not only the oldest but most reputable company. 1. I showed up a few minutes early as I found most customers appreciate promptness. I am a firm believer in being a few minutes early then late 2. I respectfully disagree I didn't "bang" on the door I used the door bell and knocked 3. I never provided any type of estimate or price quote. The customer wanted me to provide a estimate for painting Hardi Siding that has not yet been installed on the home. I do apologize if we were not able to meet your request for a estimate. Unfortunately we can't probide estimate to paint siding that's not yet installed on the house. We need to be able to see the complete scope of work.
