My visit to Fletcher Jones Motorcars definitely was positive and definitely "far exceeded all of my expectations!" I was given a loner that was clean and fun to drive so my car wasn't missed so much during it's brief stay. There was a special part that needed to be ordered which added a couple of days to my wait time but I'm not complaining because my car was as good as new...just without the new car smell. I love the atmosphere there too. There's a lot of hustle and bustle going on that is so energetic that it rubs off on you. I highly recommend taking your Mercedes to Fletcher Jones Motorcars for any and all your service needs.
