The BBB was a waste of time, took us for $4000.00! Don't believe his "little old man" trying to make a living, he will take your money and leave you with nothing but excuses, in our case for over 8 months.

This company is a scam. My husband paid the owner, Tom Dessel, $650.00 for the repair of our wine cooler. He cashed the check and never delivered the part or came back to repair. We have repeatedly tried to contact him. At one point he did answer his phone and promised he would pull the records and repay us what he owed us. When we followed up with him repeatedly, he had every excuse in the book (said his office was broken into and computer stolen, then said there was a fire in his office). All excuses. He won't answer phone or return phone calls now. We will need to take him to small claims court to collect.
