They did an alright job cleaning the carpets, but we had them re-do the stairs that weren't done well at first.
I didn't like that they tried to up-sell us to services we didn't order.

The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpets did a great job - very professional.  They arrived on time.  They managed to remove the dog urine odor and stains from my stairway carpeting and from a shag area rug.  I had tried, unsuccessfully, to remove the urine smells myself and thought I was going to have to throw away the very expensive & new shag area rug, but Chem-Dry saved it.  They even cleaned a black area rug and entry area rug at no extra charge.  I definitely recommend this company.

These people were great.  They give you aan estimate over the phone and stick to it.  There was no upselling of more expensive services.  In fact, the tech told us we did not need the deep cleaning in a room that we had requested and lowered the price.  They arrived on time and did a great job.

Great staff! Great results! Friendly, professional and hard working. Pablo and Tyler did everything right and what they accomplished well exceeded any and all of my expectations. It is hard to find good people who take as much pride in their work as they did. Our carpet was old when we bought our house five years ago. We called just anyone who could clean it quickly. They used a steam cleaner which left soap residue and our carpet returned to looking dirty again very quickly. I started getting estimates to replace our carpet. Very expensive proposition but our heavy traffic areas were a mess and our steps were embarrassing! I have never used the Chem Dry process until today. It is amazing! It might be more expensive but so worth it. I will never use a steam cleaning company again. I will definitely continue to use and recommend Chem Dry of Irvine-Newport to my friends. It will take my carpet a little longer to dry than normal because my carpet was unusually dirty but so worth it in every way. Thank you Carol for explaining the process so well to me and helping make my life easier. I don't need new carpet and my red micro suede sofa and chair look brand new. You saved me a bundle!

The rug used to be fluffy and soft, but after they cleaned it is now like walking on straw. They tried to correct the problem but made it worse. It also did not actually clean the rug.

Service was explained prior to arrival.  Service man was on time and called prior to his arrival.  He did a great job.

Extremely pleased with every aspect of service. ?Carpet cleaning results were excellent, much better than I thought possible. ?Crew was very polite and professional. ?All in all I could not have hoped for a better outcome.

I had set up the carpet cleaning appointment a week in advance. I received a call from them that they would be arriving an hour later than the scheduled appointment time. When Brett arrived, he was very professional and asked about any concerns on carpet stains. He was able to remove carpet stains that other companies were unable to remove. I had him treat the carpet so future spillage along with "pet accidents" could be easier to clean up. We have a number of friends use the house so the carpet does get a lot of wear.

I called them, they called right back,scheduled cleaning, showed up on time. Did good work. Reasonable price. Happy customer.

The carpet dried fairly fast, as advertised, on a cool day. I am very happy with the result and would use this company again. The only thing I didn't care for is that they unloaded their equipment on the asphalt in front of my place and then rolled it into the house and across my hardwood floor, without cleaning off the wheels (leaving dirty tracks).

They did what they said they would do at the price that they quoted.

I found this company on Angie's List. They were prompt, efficient, and reasonable. I liked the experience enough to hire them to clean the carpets in the condo I had just vacated. I would definitely use them again.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, REASONABLY PRICED, AND THEY DID QUALITY WORK. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK AND GAVE ME A QUOTE REALLY QUICKLY, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME THE NEXT DAY.
