+ -1 moreI have a very negative feeling about him. He was extremely overpriced. The contractor that I got through Angieslist offered to do a similar job on an opposite roof for about a third of what he priced. He was responsive.
Description of Work: Charles Smiley & Sons did some roofing job in late November.
