+ -1 moreHe is very fair and I have been using him for a while. He worked with a structural engineer and now we have a nice high ceiling with some nice beams. It added probably 50 percent value to the house, everybody that walks in is blown away by the ceiling.
Description of Work: Bradford C Smith did a lot. He designed an entire remodel and structural engineering plans. We had a lower ceiling that we took out and we had to reinforce that.
