 + -1 moreA year and half a go me and my wife tired to reverse mortgage, but we did not qualify, and also the house then was not ready to be appraised. Jacklyn Miguel Averill kept our phone number and she recently called, and then we decided to do it again. The house is totally remodeled right now. She really tried to get a higher appraisal, with the appraisal company but it was not successful. The SQ footage was the main problem. We now got a copy of the appraisal. I was really happy and impressed with Jacklyn Miguel Averill's effort to have a higher appraisal. We gonna use her to sell the home. She is honest and very professional.
