I had a very positive experience with them. I was very pleased with them. He was very friendly, and he wanted to save me money, he wasn't looking to turn a small job into a big job. He gave me advise on other things in the home, and explained to me things that my husband could fix, and we really didn't need a lock smith.

The lock mechanism on the front doors was built-in by the door manufacturer. I attempted to repair the door, but I only created a bigger problem. SCV Lock and Key to the rescue! The locksmith came over to my home on a Sunday. He was professional and thankfully did not harass me for making things worse. Even though the lock was 100% custom he was able to reconstruct the lock properly and come up with a repair solution in less than an hour. His pricing was very fair for the work.

He was significantly late. Also, one of the doors he worked on no longer closed right after he was done. (My handyman noticed it and commented that it was badly done, so he fixed it for me free of charge.) He was pleasant enough, but I thought he was pricey for the quality of the work.

I brought my front door lock and a couple new locks over to them to re-key. We didn't have much money to do this, but needed to change the locks on a house we just bought. They were excellent and even were able to re-key all of the locks so that we only have to use one key for each door. How convenient! I would recommend them highly!

THEY HAVE A MOBILE SERVICE, THEY WERE ON TIME, THE WORK WAS COMPLETELY QUICKLY AND WITH NO DAMAGE TO FRONT DOOR. PRICE WAS VERY FAIR AND WORKMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND THEY CAME RIGHT TO MY HOME. THE BOLTS HAD TO BE CHANGED SO THEY DID A MASTER REKEYING. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE TRUCK WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE MEN WERE PROFESSIONAL.

THE MAN FROM THIS COMPANY WAS VERY POLITE. THEY CAME IN AND REKEYED TWO LOCKS. IT BECAME NECESSARY TO DO THIS AS WE HAD LOST ONE OF OUR KEYS AND WE WERE HAVING PROBLEMS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY NICE. THEY HELPED SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.

THEY ARE ALWAYS NICE AT THIS STORE, AND ARE WILLING TO COME OUT TO YOUR HOUSE ANYTIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, AND ALTHOUGH THEY COST MORE THAN HOME DEPOT FOR KEYS THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

SCV CAME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED THEM TO OPEN UP MY SAFE. THEY TRIED TO OPEN IT WITH OUT RUINING IT. THEY DID WARN ME BEFORE PRYING IT OPEN. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE.
