NICOLAS IS A PLEASANT OWNER WHO HAD DIFFICULTY MANAGING SEVERAL PROJECTS AT ONCE. ALTHOUGH OUR YARD WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, NUMEROUS COMPONENTS NEEDED TO BE REDONE. BLOCK WALL, DRAINS, AND PLANTS WERE A DISAPPOINTMENT.
