It was fine. For the first initial visit, it was like $168 and then each month, they're charging $88 for the next year. It's pretty much all-over but ORKIN is just checking to make sure there's no new activity or anything happening, so basically just checking to make sure everything's okay. I don't know how to grade the price for sure because I really haven't used a service like that before. I think the quality is really good, like you know, the best.

They come every three months. I think they are expensive for showing up every three months. I don't want to change them. Their quality is good, and the guy is very attentive when he is here.

Generally, they have been pretty good. I have had no problems. There was a period last year when we had a different person. He wouldn't show up. He would have excuses. They are fine now that he is gone.

Everything has gone pretty well. The maintenance service is average. My son brought in an old fish tank and it had roaches in it. I got them out as soon as we discovered it, and they were right on top of it with coming out. They are really great with responding when you have an issue.

THEY ALWAYS RING THE BELL, AND TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO BE WORKING AROUND THE HOUSE, AND THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE AROUND. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS EXCELLENT.
