 + -1 moreMitch really went out of his way to set me up with a great mortgage. Therefore, I would tell others he is absolutely wonderful. Now, my mortgage was sold thereafter to a different company but that can sometimes happen. Mitch offers attractive packages to customers. More importantly, he takes the time and energy to ensure you feel good about the mortgage you are getting. He will explore a variety of options and is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. I really think the world of his business.
Description of Work: Mitch owns his own company. He handled the mortgage on my 25000 square foot home that sits on a hill. I got a fifteen year mortgage at less than five percent. I paid under a thousand dollars in paperwork and processing fees.

Description of Work: I was looking to do a home purchase of $695K home and asked for a good faith estimate on a stated loan 30/30. The rate they quoted me was not what was on the loan docs and they included a bunch of ''junk'' fees. I did not go through with the loan. Estimate of $695,000.

 + -1 moreMETRO IS THE BEST. THEY WERE ABLE TO REFINANCE MY HOMES IN LESS THAN ONE WEEK AND WERE ABLE TO GET MY DAUGHTERS LOAN FUNDED ON TIME WITH NO PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: I HAVE USED METRO EXPRESS FOR 2 REFINANCES AND THE PURCHASE OF MY DAUGHTERS CONDO.
