 + -1 moreHe pointed out some things that were unrelated to work he was doing that he knew from experience needed additional attention. He is a really sharp guy, and he knows his stuff. He also was very responsive to our realtor when she needed information regarding his report to communicate to the seller.
Description of Work: He did a termite inspection on a home we wanted to buy, and he found some termite damage. He tented the home and fumigated. Then he replaced some of the termite related wood damage.
