They need to be a little bit more careful with something inside the house. Sometimes it's like on the edges or like the walls and stuff and they're vacuuming. That's about it.

The service is excellent, and all the housekeepers do a very thorough job. They are very easy to work with.

I am very satisfied with the cleaning, and their attitude; ---happy and very good workers and fast cleaners; a job that had become too big for me alone to clean. They did all the things I like to avoid when cleaning, like dusting ALL the blinds in the house, etc.
The first day, however, the workers did not show up to their office, and so the company called me to reshedule for a few hours later in the day. This was ok with me, but I worried about future scheduling; --would they be reliable? On their second visit, they arrived a few minutes early, surprising me. They work fast and hard and ask me if I liked what they did and how they did it. I told them I was very happy and I AM glad I hired them.
I had called many, many services to find these people. Most were priced much higher and I would have had a hard time affording them over the long haul. This company was willing to come only once per month and provided me with two workers for two hours. I was very happy with the cleaning and the price and would recommend them to anyone. Their boss, Rosa, provides transportation for her employees right to the job site (my home) and comes to pick them up when called. Rosa does a great job organizing her crews and keeping them on time.
My home is about 1400 sq ft, with three bedrooms and two baths (no pets).

They were horrible so I don't use them anymore. I only used them once. I was home when they did the work and they didn't do a thorough cleaning job. They wiped. Their prices were in the range. They responded very quickly and they were on time for the appointment. The lady's phone was constantly ringing when she came to give the estimate and she kept picking it up. She kept answering her phone while she was trying to give me an estimate. When the girls came, they were constantly on the phone which was rude and unprofessional.

Rosa and her team from Maids in Santa Clarita have deep cleaned a house and an apartment for us, and both times I was extremely pleased with the results. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and all surfaces were dusted and cleaned. We first used her services before moving into a new home, and the maid she sent really went above and beyond to clean everything so it was like new. After that experience, we used her for a move-out cleaning and again had the same results. With both of those examples, we hired her to come every week and have continued to be happy with her service. The maids are polite and very efficient, and leave little flourishes which we get a kick out of, such as creating a fan out of tissues.

While they were a bit late from their scheduled time, the woman who was the contact person did call me to advise of the delay. I was able to accommodate the change of schedule. Basically, I was provided with an estimate that was based on the amount of time needed for the cleaning. There were two maids assigned to my home and they were both very hard workers and did a great job. I was initially advised that it would be a five hour job. Due to the delayed start, I advised that a few items could be put off in order to accommodate a four hour job which was quoted at $130.00. They did a fantastic job of cleaning. However, it became obvious that to do all that was requested, the job was going to go over my four hour time frame. Ultimately, the job did take five hours and I agreed to pay the additional amount since I was pleased with the work. I did notice a minor issue regarding some possible damage to a granite countertop in the master bath. In fairness, the surface blemish could have been there before they arrived - but since they did such a good job of cleaning, I may have just noticed it after they left. It almost appeared as if something spilled like nail polish remover and that had taken off some of the surface finish of the granite. Frankly, it wasn't that noticeable and I did not complain about it at the time. I was very happy with the overall service and would recommend them. I plan on using them on a bi-monthly basis for my house cleaning.

They are very good, thorough, and always on time. They do a great job. I am very pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used them only twice. They were prompt and did a pretty thorough job the first time. The main reason I used them again was that they showed up on time the first time. They will not be coming back because they broke a couple of things in my house. They didn't try to call me and tell me that things were broken. They left it like that. They just cleaned the house, took the money and left things broken. I haven't called them on this yet.

I had three parrots and I was severely allergic to them. I had to have a thorough deep cleaning to get rid of the allergens. They did a wonderful job. They even showed up a little early which was nice. They were very pleasant. The only complaint I had was that they didn't bring anything to clean the oven so they were unable to clean that. But overall, it was a great job. I would definitely use them in the future.

Three people cam right on time. 2 sweet women and a man. I felt very comfortable with them right away. They got right to work and did a terrific job on the whole place. I am very satisfied with their work and they are very reasonable. I am having them come again next week before our SUPERBOWL party.

I know, I know, an A rating for a maid service??? I went through a lot of F's to find this agency. They were early to arrive, but not too early. They are respectful, quiet, hard workers. The first time I used them was for a move in cleaning, the house was a mess, bought on a short sale so nothing was done to it. Before I knew it, they had the ladder out and were washing the walls, they cleaned the windows inside and out, even the screens got a washing. They really worked hard for hours, was worth every penny of of the $120 I paid, I refered them to my friends in Simi Valley but they don't go out of Santa Clarita, at least not yet. I liked them so much I decided I could find $75 in my budget to have them come once a month. It's so nice to walk into a beautifully cleaned house, floors and all. As soon as I can swing it, I'll add more visits. I have had them come twice now and am very happy. They place the rugs a bit differently, apparently, they think they should be arranged differently, it always makes me laugh! I just move them back.
