MAID FOR YOU

The problem with Maid For You is that they never show up on time, nor do they call to say they are late. I have given them more chances to improve, but they don't. So, I stopped using them. Also, I ask for particular people that I like to come and clean. They always tell me they are available and then send somebody else. One time I turned them away because they showed up so late. I don't know how they run their business like that, but I finally stopped using them.

The young lady I spoke to on the phone was quite nice, however I thought it odd that she said she had to ask her mom about booking an earlier time. I took an 11:30 appointment but told them I really would prefer to have an earlier time if possible as I have a 2:00 appointment elsewhere. I also asked that if something earlier could be booked, that she would call me. No call, so I assumed the earlier appointment was not available. 11:30 rolled around?11:45?12:00?12:15?you get the drift. No call. Close to an hour later, I finally dug out the number and called them. She checked and said that the lady had just finished a house and the van was picking her up. I had to cancel the appointment. This is my second try to get a prompt cleaning service. My time is money and very valuable to me. I will be looking again on Angies list for another maid service.

No complaints.

THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT OFFERING TO JUST DO IT ONCE, OR OCCASIONALLY, AND DIDN'T MAKE ME SIGN ON TO A REGULAR SERVICE. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING. THEY DID EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND IN A TIMELY FASHION.

VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS. THE LADIES WERE PROMPT AND VERY THOROUGH, CLEANING EVERYTHING TO MY SATISFACTION. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
