THEY HAVE BEEN PRETTY RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE NEW; THEY SEEM TO WANT TO PLEASE. WE HAVE NOT HAD THAT MUCH INTERACTION. THEY JUST STARTED, SO I AM RELUCTANT TO GIVE THEM ONLY RATINGS OF "A."
