I have no problems with her. She charges us $110 a month. I never met Kathy but the service is very good. The only problem I have with them is sometimes, the people that come out to do the work are Spanish-speaking and I don't speak Spanish. So sometimes, the communication might be a little bit hard. If I have a problem, I just call the owner and talk to him because he speaks English.

Went great! I needed help on very short notice and company owner got to me the same day and fixed the problem. I would have hired him on the spot for all of our lawn maintenance, but I am extremely loyal and we already have a crew in place. Please use this company for your needs if you are looking for a service provider.

They were okay. I never interacted with them and didn't see the yard before or after. They came and did the work and sent a bill. When they removed the small tree the sticks holding the tree up were left in the yard. They said that one of the sprinklers were leaking and they replaced it with a very expensive part and we don't know if that was necessary or not.

I don't have much to say here: We call, we explain the problem, and Kathy's gets back to us promptly with an estimate or several options.  We choose one.  They do the work.  Things work properly.

Disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

They were very good about calling me back and came out the same day to take a look at the property. I waited short of a week for an email with the estimate, but I had to email him directly to get it. He brought it out to the house unannounced. We agreed to have him come out at 9am and do some partial work for today, but when I called him earlier this morning to confirm, he said they would be delayed due to another job and would be out from 11am-12pm. It’s almost 1pm and I have not received any word.

After getting a price at the end of last year for removal of overgrown shrubs I emailed Ramiro (at Kathy's) to come and actually do the work. It took a while for him to reply but he did turn up when arranged.  

I particularly needed the shrubs (poisonous oleander) and very overgrown pittosporum and their roots removed and we discussed using a stump grinder - as the shrubs were at least 10-15 years old.  It turns out the stump grinder wouldn't fit through the access point to our back yard so it had to be done by hand.  This was OK but half of the roots were left - I guess just too much to remove by hand?  

On the Kathy's website there is an option to pay by PayPal which I wanted to do, but Ramiro didn't seem to know anything about it and said that he didn't know how to get the money.  I explained the process to him and he said that he had to charge me more to recover the PayPal finance charge - which is against PayPal's terms of service.  I agreed to not use a coupon I had from Angies List instead.  I didn't feel too bad about it, the guy had bust his onions removing 15 huge shrubs with a pick-axe!

He did an OK job, apart from leaving those darned roots.

Ramior was very knowledgeable, pointing out a small tree we have which was diseased and will need to come out. He turned up when he said he would, emailed quotes the following day as requested.  When we need the work doing, we will get Ramiro to do it.

They were great! I'd highly recommend them. They did the job fast and worked with my schedule. They finished when they said they would and they did a great job.

The job went very well. They cleared the entire pile of sod, rocks, and dirt.  They cleaned up the whole area. I used the coupon, and saved $45. Thanks.

They are fine. We are satisfied with the service. It is not exceptional but it is not poor either. My wife takes care of it. I think it costs $60 per month. We will use this company in the future.

At first, the company was fantastic. Ramiro is a really nice guy, and he went above and beyond with the service. There was something we weren't happy with on day one, and he owned doing it immediately, saying he made the decision based on his own experience; we were impressed. He and his crew replaced sod, weeded, etc. We set repeat visits for every other Thursday afternoon at the price of $90 a month, to include mowing, weeding and raking.We were very specific about setting date and relative time, that we were always open to being flexible with timing as long as he gave a call or just sent a quick text, and that if there were things we needed to be doing between visits to help maintain his good work, he should let us know, because we were more than willing. At first the team showed up every week as planned. But slowly things have started to slide. The team doesn't always show up when they are supposed to. Ramiro likes to get paid on time - and he should be! - but I have to ask for weeks after it's due to get an invoice for my family's records. Additionally, certain things like weeding aren't getting done well. We've found newly sprouting plans that should be pulled which aren't (I'm a novice and even I noticed them), dying grass that he's never mentioned to us, and other things that show me his work is getting sloppier. On our last phone call, he implied that if I didn't go to a weekly service, that our current terms of service might not work for him at all. We're going to give it until the end of May and then make a decision.

It seemed like the company wasn't qalified to do job. Seemed unsure of himself to perform work. Said he would come back to look at drainage problem when it rained? Never did. Then showed up prior to that without notice and knock on my door before 7:40 am? I did tell him where the drainage problem was and asked him to call me back for quote .HE DID NEITHER

It went great. I plan to have him come back in the future for more trimming. I high;y recommend Ramiro. He does great work!

They did the work quickly and just as they said. Ramiro is easy to communicate with and always returns calls.

They showed up a couple of hours late to our appointment.

Very well - the workers were on time and very professional. Ramiro is the lead guy and he is very nice to work with. Even before we hired him he was out in the yard picking weeds out of the grass here and there - almost absentmindedly. Without prompting he fixed and moved more sprinkler heads than I had asked for but he didn't charge me for the extra work. His team goes above and beyond the call of duty. I gave him a little extra for a tip.
