Juran Construction Services
About us
About Us Juran Construction Services was founded in 2002, after owner Mr. Brian Juran obtained his general contractor's license with the State of California. Prior to starting his own business, Mr. Juran apprenticed for a general contractor, all the while learning the challenging crafts of a variety of construction specializations in both the residential and commercial markets. Several of the projects involved dozens of workers, and they required Mr. Juran to learn how to effectively manage dissimilar labor crews. Mr. Juran knows that his customers rely on him to provide high-quality services but at reasonable prices. He often researches the best way to approach a problem before jumping right in. His fore-thought, experience and commitment to excellence makes his work last longer and be more enjoyable. Additional email - [email protected].

They were patient, reasonable, and knowledgeable.
This was my first experience and I am extremely pleased.
Our family has used Brian for work on our home for nearly ten years. During that time, he has beat other estimates and done excellent work which is why we keep using him. His painting is super high-quality and lasts. One time, he replumbed our entire house's water supply, did it using high-quality materials, the way we wanted, and still came in hundreds below plumbers' estimates. Same thing for electrical -- we had a number of electrical issues, and Brian addressed them all, without a fuss, adding some ideas and suggestions along the way, and without charging us a lot.
Last July, our house flooded, and we called on Brian to help us move out our belongings, deal with the insurance company and make repairs. We couldn't be happier -- thanks to Brian's quote, we were able to settle with the insurance company and get enough money to make the necessary repairs. (We contacted four other contractors, all from Angie's List, none of who was able to provide enough detail in a quote to satisfy the insurance company.)
Brian is punctual, honest in his quotes, and conscientious about the work he does. He makes his work areas safe, especially if there are pets and young children around, and he cleans up appropriately afterwards. You can always reach him by cellphone.
