I had taken some quotes prior to this vendor, so that I would be aware, or at least, have a general idea, of what the "ball-park" estimate could be.
During the estimate, I was given options between what really had to be done to ensure that our association was satisfied, verses all that could be done. I was thankful for having the options brought to my attention, along with the cost, instead of just saying, "Here is what I'm going to do and here is the price".
On paint day, the painters showed up on time and went right to work. It took most of the day. The painters were courteous and had a handle on what needed to be done. All paint was supplied based on the color codes I had given them at the time the estimate was given.
They had to come back on the second day to finish. Once again, they were on time and finished on the second day prior to noon.
I will most definitely be using their service for future exteriour painting as well as some much need interior painting and drywall repair.
