As far as the sink and toilet in the bathroom are concerned, their work was fine, it was good. I would give them a "B" on that. But the kitchen faucet and the RO system was terrible. It broke down almost the day it was installed. We finally had to take it out completely and I don't have a filter system now. The recommendation that they made for the dishwasher was bad. I think we got a lemon. The price was fair, but the owner did not respond very well to custom complaints, and did not handle them very well either.
