25% less than the nearest estimate, which was subtracted from the installation price. Great attitude. Suggested a slightly more costly unit, but told us about the cheaper one. He said he had received zero complaints about those and they had the same warranty. Was on time and everything installed on schedule. Very knowledgeable and patient with my stupidity.
I vetted the available price of the unit online and the detailed invoice Shawn provided was right in line with what I found. That price, plus his fees, were extremely reasonable.
I would use him Energy Pro again in a flash. Very happy experience.
