ridiculous. nothing was accomplished after two days o n a Monday and then in a Thursday, Price was way to high $4000 and work that already was done , part of it was totally unnecessary and they destroyed the brass part of my sink where the water goes down. I am so upset. Finally, on Thursday Mark the plumber called the boss in to help locate the problem and it was totally different that they worked all day to find so a waster of my time, a mess with dirt , my closet was jack hammered which was unnecessary and dirt all over the place and now needs concrete to redo the floor and put carpet back. Call Friday m by Mark to say now it will be another $3000 to locate the tree root, jackhammer the downstairs floor, destroy some marble flooring, remove toilet to find root. Frankly, why did the plumber Mark not ask for the lead guy in the first pace and save me all this unnecessary grief and expenses. Nothing is fixed.

When my water heater decided to flood my garage Allen plumbing was there within hours. Office staff was very helpful, considerate, and professional. We tried to replace an old leaky bathroom faucet ourselves but the old one was so corroded that we couldn't remove it. Brad came and replaced the connecting pipes and installed the faucet we had already purchased. He was here less than an hour.

They have re-plumbed 2 of my homes. They have replaced water heaters. I have used them for everything plumbing wise for the last 25 years.

All repairs performed as expected. Plumber made intelligent suggestions for cost-saving measures, showed how much money on labor would be saved by performing various repairs at the same time and gave tips for preventative maintenance to avoid problems in the future.

I am extremely happy with the work provided by this company. Allen Plumbing's staff was punctual and the price was considerablly lower than his competitors (I had four local plumbing companies quote the job prior to selecting Allen Plumbing). And, most importantly, the job was done professionally. I have complete faith in the quality of the work. I will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

It was kind of an emergency and he came right out. I thought $200 was a little expensive but he came and did the work. They gave me a 2 hour window and he came within the middle of that time. I was quite happy with the service he provided. I would try to get somebody cheaper but if I was desperate, I would use them again. He did a great job.

My neighbor, whom I trust, highly recommended Allen Plumbing to me a couple years ago when she had major plumbing problems stemming from faulty plumbing by the builder of our tract in Stevenson Ranch. She gave Allen Plumbing two thumbs up and was extremely happy with them. It's not everyday you hear that. So I called them recently for all my smaller to medium sized projects and I am so glad she recommended them! They sent out Mark who was awesome! (He has done alot of plumbing work for Joan Rivers in the past when he worked in Beverly Hills). He is very humble about it and I only found out because she came on TV while he was working and I commented about how good she looks at 80. Anyway he solved all the plumbing problems that I dreaded dealing with and I wonder why I waited so long to call. I will definitely use Allen plumbing again. They were pleasant, fast, trust worthy , provided excellent work at a very reasonable price. I may even consider copper piping the house someday to replace the cheap cvp inside the house. If I do I will use Allen plumbing. Meanwhile I would use them for repairs or installation of new appliances that are on my list.

It was straightforward, and they did not try to talk me into other things. Their prices were reasonable. They were quick. I thought they were honest.

Water was flooding down the wall in our Dining room from the drain in our Master Bathroom Shower. There was a hole in the pipe and water was streaming. I called Allen and within 2 hours, they were there to inspect, quote and repair the drain. The quote was reasonable. The work was performed in a timely fashion. I have every reason to believe that the quality of this work will be excellent. I have been using Allen for several years, copper re-piped two houses with them along with other plumbing repairs and their work has always stood the test of time.
