Pool and Spa Servicing
All Clear has done my pool service for the past three years. For most of this time, they have done a really great job. Only recently it seems like the service has declined a little in quality. When I've called the office in the past, they have been responsive and have sent someone to address the problem. It seems like they just kind of band-aid the problems though. For example, my creepy crawly hose had some holes in it. Instead of telling me I needed a new one, they have been cutting it past where the holes are. Although this has saved me some money, now the hose is so short that it doesn't reach all of the pool to clean it properly. My usual pool guy is usually pretty clean, as far as not spilling chemicals on my lawn. He shows up every week as promised, and most of the time my pool is sparkling and beautiful. Overall, I'm giving them a B because while they are pretty good, I think they could do better. And as I mentioned before, they used to be great.

Pool and Spa Servicing
They were a disaster! We had constant problems with the quality of the work or the work not being done at all, the employee who performed the work, his missing days, being lied to, etc. Despite numerous complaints to the owner, nothing was ever done. We finally fired them. They then had the audacity to try and send our account to a bill collector for payment. I would not recommend or use them under any circumstances! Plus, their contractors license has expired AND they claim to not require workers compensation, because they have no employees.
Response from ALL CLEAR POOL SERVICE
"Conditioner is changed 1 time per year and is billed in April. A 40-60 PPM range is considered to be ideal. The conditioner level is checked and added during the year to maintain this level. Filter cleanings are also billed 1 time per year. In August, we never charged for this because we only serviced the pool for 9 months and August wasn't one of those months."

Pool and Spa Servicing
Did our pool service & replaced a pool pump that could have been repaired for very little money. Then he sold our account to California Pool & Spa. Never knew who would show up as he kept changing service guys. Hard to get a hold of on the phone.
