They charge approximately $60 for the estimate. They also said they don't come to my area, but only agreed because I was an Angie's List member. I'm sorry I called them.

THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT, THE CARPETS TURNED OUT REALLY GOOD. THEY REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME AND PERFORMED A THOROUGH JOB.
