Steve and his crew always do a professional job when I have used him. Be prepared to pay a bit more for his services.

Rebarktime was recommended to me by a neighbor, I liked the work they did on her yard. Frank came out on 12/31/13 and wrote an estimate. He was very personable and knowledgeable, retired after selling his own landscaping business. He knew Steve, Rebarktime's owner, from using him as a sub and now works as his estimator. I was a little concerned that the price might have been a little high. However, once I saw the quantity and quality of work they delivered I realized that I had received great value. Steve walked the yard with me when he arrived (promptly) and then I left for work. I was greatly pleased when I returned. Steve and his crew had done more than I anticipated, and did it very well. I do not hesitate to recommend him for this type of work.

The work began on a handshake next day, and with a crew of 3 that Steve monitored frequently through the day (going back and forth to another nearby work site) was completed mid afternoon, with a thicker layer of fresh bark than I'd expected for the price, and with each drip/watering point double checked. The work was done very neatly, but drainage filters had been covered over in the side and rear yards. Steve went around with me to locate them, sharing good advice about our trees and watering through the many 90+ degree days ahead, and when and how to prune them in the late fall. I was impressed enough to schedule for him to call to come back to do that work later this year, and with confidence now that our minimum maintenance yard would need no more weekly watering system repairs and that I could sweep instead of having the "gardener" blow leaves off walks and patio, I let our gardener go. Now over 3 weeks later, I see no reason to regret that, and am happy with RebarkTime.

They originally did a great job. They had it all done in one day and were very reasonably priced. We dealt with Harry and Steve. I have an agreement with the company to do semi annual lawn maintained. The company planted a shrub too close to the driveway which scrapes the car which needs to be relocated. The drip system isn't working and needs to be fixed. I have contacted the company 4 times, the most recent being yesterday.
