Loveland Roofing is awesome. He's very honest. He's just very professional and helpful.

They did it fairly quickly and cleaned up all their mess and left everything in really good shape. They also checked back with my realtor to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Some of his crew workers were sloppy in their work and one of his lead workers said he would show up on a Sunday (November, rainy season) to fix one of the problems and we waited for him all day and he never showed up or even bothered to call. Over the next years (five year warranty) leakages showed up. The owner himself (Mike Loveland) came out several times and eventually solved the problems his crew workers had created. In the case of leakages Mike was usually quickly responsive. If the problem was less than an emergency, then we are still waiting for him to fix the problem left by one of his workers from last August 2012. In fairness to Mike, he did fix a problem on a flat-roof portion that was not part of the original contract. He did it for free as result of his not getting out to check on an internal leakage situation after several calls to him. We certainly appreciated that. I did mention to him once that his workers were making him look bad. Though, again, if a problem is not an immediate emergency, then you may not see him even after several calls and his agreement to come.
