With the exception of the winter 2015-2016, the driest year according to meterological records, there has been a leak (that has manifested itself) in my roof, every year, in the same place. Roof Crafters sends the same person every year to "see if they can find the problem", without success. Their is now significant staining on the ceiling of my porch, and, likely, the beginnings of rot in the ceiling, which they deny is there, and, at the same time, deny it is their problem. The only positive thing I can say, is that they are still coming out 3 years after their 5 year warrenty was up, which is good, except that they have NEVER provided a roof that does not leak and damage my home.

This repair was arranged by my property manager. I have not personally met the representatives of their company. They covered up where some of the shingles had been blown away from the roof. They used metal to cover up the opening.

We went through 5 other roofing companies before hiring J D Jones-- We are glad we did. They did a fantastic job! The roof looks great - many neighbors have commented on how nice the roof looks. We received a detailed estimate. Jeanie was a pleasure to work with, she kept us informed and answered our questions. When the job was ready to start, the workers showed up on time and cleaned up when they finished for the day.
The roof and gutters were completed in 4 days--start to finish. Any issues or concerns were fixed promptly. We are very happy and satisfied with the work they did and would definitely hire them again. Wonderful job!

Setting up the appointment was honestly like pulling teeth.  I couldn't get a callback for a few days and even had to follow up myself 2-3 times.  That being said, when the actual roofer came out to examine my roof, he was great.  He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. I was given an estimate right away and was able to have him perform the work 3 business days later. He showed up 7am (on the dot) and was gone by 1030am.  The work looks great and I couldn't be happier.  Despite the initial problems with the phone people, I would go with them again without hesitation.

Jeanne was our initial contact after being referred by a friend.  She was gracious, professional and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions.  The entire crew, from Dave on, were professional, prompt, and easy to work with.  They cleaned up behind themselves everyday and when the job was completed there was not a single reminder of the debris that comes with re-roofing.  The completed roof and gutters look fantastic. They knew time was against us with storms fast approaching so they worked tirelessly to finish before the rains began.  Timing was perfect...30 minutes after completion the rains came.
The experience from beginning to end was better than we imagined.

Jeanne, Dave and the Roof Crafters crew that put on the roof were great. Always professional, arrived on time, worked quickly and completed a quality job. The tear off crew barked at my dog and the gutter crew caused some damage to my gate (and then left it for the roof crew to fix, which they did). Overall job was done to my satisfaction and I believe difficulties were addressed by Dave, Jeanne and crew.
