Description of Work: I have water damage and need siding, frame repair, window installation, new home wrap and painting. The owner of Henley Homes came to do the estimate. He was 120% higher than the medium priced estimate. Although I had requested a line item bid for the insurance companies, he simply gave me a number over the phone with no explanation at all as to why he was over $9,000.00 higher than the other bids. He said he could provide a written bid if I wanted. .

Ā + 0 moreI highly recommend them to other people. Every now and then we have some little thing that he needs to come back and check on. He is attentive to detail. He is timely. He keeps excellent records in terms of the cost, so that I always knew back what things cost. He kept excellent financial records which he shared with us continuously.

Description of Work: Henley Homes bid on a project that involved a remodel and enlargement for a small rental cottage. The bid was in the ball park, the references checked out and I appreciated the creative ideas that they brought to the plan. I selected another contractor; however, would go to back to Henley Homes again for another project. I would recommend Henley Homes for general contractor work.

Ā + -1 moreHe provided construction permitting and finishing services for a garage addition. The job cost me $15000. He and his crew were very professional. They stayed on the task. They completed the work on time. They stuck to the price. They worked very well. I will use them again in the future.
