Best paint job I have ever obtained for a residence

The workmen were meticulous in their preparation of the surfaces and in very difficult painting areas that were over the
roof. 4 different paints were involved because we had stucco, wood, metal gutters, steel garage doors, and wood entrance doors. Because of this it was a very laborious process of masking and painting each color. It was necessary to let the paint dry with each color so it could be masked before painting the next color. The stucco was sprayed and rolled with elastokote paint. The metal gutters were hand painted with a brush. The garage doors were sprayed and given two coats. The
interior doors were also given two coats. The downspouts were painted with a brush. A nice touch.
The workers were polite and explained what there were going to do and asked for our desires and opinion before each process.
They were careful to mask off and cover everything that could possibly be damaged by the adjacent painting.
Even though this job was going longer then estimated they did not cut corners. They made sure that everything was perfect.
Before the job was judged to be finished the owner of the company came and made a complete inspection of the job, and we were asked to do the same. He said that if we find anything that is not perfect to give a call and they will come promptly to fix it to our satisfaction
Having your house painted can be disruptive. They made it as easy on us as they could. They completely cleaned up the premises and removed the large amount of paper masking from the premises.
I would use this company again. Several people have already noticed the painting performed on this house and have contacted this company to do theirs. Three of our neighbors are already scheduled.

When I used them, Dynamic Painting was joined up with Steve Rose Painting. The quality sucked. He told me that he would do two coats but he explained later that he was backrolling which means they spray it real thin than go over it with a roller. Also, I had them redo the caulking because he just slopped caulk along the trim and swirled it. I have these thick globs of caulk around the door and stuff and it looks ridiculous. They replaced the header above the garage door by replacing a 17 foot piece of wood with a 16 foot piece and a 1 foot piece. When I asked about it, Steve Rose personally told me that the header only comes in 16 footers and that my old one was two pieces split in the middle. I kept the wood for a raised flower bed so I went and measured it and it was 17 feet long. Home Depot sells those headers in 20 foot lengths so the guy just flat out lied to me.

Went very well. They were available within the week to start painting. Mark was very responsive and thorough with his estimate. Obviously very customer service-related. After masking everything off, the painting went remarkably fast. They were quick and professional! No mistakes. After we changed our mind on the color of one wall - two days later - they came back promptly and repainted it for us for a small price. It was just a little higher than the original estimate, not so much that I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

Excellent. Arrived on time, worked steadily, were clean and courteous. Finished on schedule. Came back for touch up's quickly.

Very good. They did a good job. They were not sloppy. They were done when they said they would. We were very pleased.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY WHO ASKED. I THOUGHT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE CLEAN AND TIMELY, SO THAT'S WHY I GAVE MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE AN 'A'.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY USED A HIGH QUALITY PAINT. THE PAINT SHOULD LAST FOR MANY YEARS. THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, AND WORKED LONG HOURS TO GET THE JOB DONE IN TWO DAYS.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT EXCEPT FOR ONE WORKER, BUT I CAN'T JUDGE THE COMPANY BY ONE SLOPPY WORKER. HE DID A MESSY JOB WHEN HE POWER WASHED THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE LOOKS GOOD AND THAT IS THE END RESULT.
