There online chat service, while not as helpful as an actual call, is up 24/7 (I'm 95% sure) and is helpful if you have quick questions. What I am rating here is my internet speed of 75/25mbps. I love it. We have 5 people in the house that stream, download and upload on multiple devices at a time, and it goes in without a hiccup. I don't even know the last time we had the internet go down. Definitely something new to be used to. Highly recommend for fast and reliable internet.
