Though the field supervisor, Jimmy Jackson, checked in with us briefly before the project began, he wasn't scheduled to visit us again until the day after project was over; unfortunately, due to some miscommunication with the crew, they were 1/2 day late in starting the project. However, the lead crewman, Daniel, was Johnny-on-the-Spot after arriving & did superior work for the next 4 days in everything from removing the old driveway to demolishing the front porch. What we appreciated the most was Daniel & his crew's attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied; they provided excellent work with attention to detail & good customer service. System Pavers is very lucky to have both Vinnie & Daniel on their team!

The installers were great. they arrived on time, and actually worked until after dark on more than one occasion. They were professional, and they took care to make sure it was a turnkey job. I especially appreciate Luis and the clean up he did at the end of the job.
We expanded our patio by 6' with stone pavers, and paved a previously unusable part of our yard. All in all, we more than doubled the usability of our patio area.
We are totally satisfied, and would highly recommend System Pavers.

The salesperson arrived punctually and was knowledgable and professional. The quoted price for the project was $25,000, which was significantly more than the $10,000 - $15,000 we had anticipated based on other work we had done previously from other contractors. They did note that they were running a special and could lower the price to $20,000. We met with two other companies, both of which provided lower bids, and we ultimately selected Pacific Pavingstone (Outdoor Living). Not only did they bid the project at $11,000, but we felt that we were getting a better product from them. Whereas System Pavers devoted much of its pitch to a professional Power Point slide show discussing other projects, System Pavers spent their time evaluating our project and the necessary engineering--type of soil, drainage issues, etc. System Pavers also outsources their work to contractors, whereas Pacific Pavingstone does their own work. System Pavers could not fit us into their schedule for at least a month. Pacific Pavingstone, however, could start in a week. So overall, we felt that Pacific Pavingstone would provide a better product and service at a fraction of the cost. (See our review of System Pavers for details about how the project went.)
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that anyone talk to System Pavers. They were certainly knowledgeable, professional, and punctual and I believe they would have done a great job. But if the cost of the project matters to you, I would recommend that you ask questions, know what is important for your project, and get other bids to make sure that you are completely comfortable with the value proposition.
