We never spoke. Steve had originally installed our new units several years ago and we were satisfied with the installation and several maintenance services. However, this time he has not responded and I feel I've been fair/reasonable with the expectation of a return call over a two week period.

Found his add in the Acorn. Got three quotes. He was in the middle of the three and provides Carrier equipment. He did an outstanding job, craned off the old AC unit. AC/furnace has worked very well. I think the price was fair, and he did not farm it out to someone else. He oversaw the entire project.

REASONABLY PRICED, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME WITH NO COST OVER RUNS. FOLLOW UP TO ADJUST DAMPERS AND REGULATE AIR FLOW WAS PROMPTLY PROVIDED. WORKED WELL AND EFFICIENTLY, WITH OTHER TRADES ON THE JOB.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT I HAD PERFORMED. THE WORKERS WERE NICE AND DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE WITH THE INSTALL. THEY TOOK THREE DAYS TO FINISH THE JOB, AND THE AC HAS NOT HAD A PROBLEM AT ALL.
