Stephen Pence Ceramic Tile & Marble

Stephen provided a competitive bid and worked with me on scheduling the install. He communicated well and kept me advised as to the status of the tile order and his work dates. The actual instal was more difficult than anticipated and it appeared that Stephen did not have experience with this type of wood look like tile. He broke a tile and did not have enough tiles to finishe but was able to locate a source in the area and returned for a third day of installation. The finished job looked good and we were satisfied overall.

He did very good work, but he is not a plumber. He asked if he could install the tub and I let him do it. He said he would guarantee the work and it was leaking. He was very hostal and said he went out and there was not a problem. The work he did was excellent as far as the tile work. He didn't know his stuff as far as the tub. I ended up finding someone else to fix the pipes. He is not a licensed plumber.
