They were punctual, well mannered and did just what I wanted, but the level of cleaning was not what my regular crew could do. I was told the stair edges were as clean as they could get them and I know they can clean up better. This company normally does major catastrophe cleanup and I don't think regular carpet cleaning is their strong suit, they seemed a little new at it.

CALLED FOR AN APPT. THEY CAME OUT ON SET DATE AT SET TIME, PRICE QUOTED WAS LESS THAN PHONE ESTIMATE. THOROUGHLY CLEANED ALL CARPETING AND DID NOT TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR ANY EXTRAS OR SELL ME ANY EXTRAS.

THE COMPANY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR CALL, AND TOOK CARE OF THE SOAKED CARPET IMMEDIATELY, REMOVED THE BASEBOARD TRIM, AND INSPECTED CAREFULLY FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE WALL, GIVING US THE ASSURANCE THAT EVERYTHING NEEDED WAS TAKEN CARE OF.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE CLEANING OF THE CARPETS. THERE WAS A FEW STAINS AND THEY GOT THEM OUT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WITH STAINS.
