Ok job examining the eye (couldn't diagnose it), but a very poor job treating the ear. Apparent miscommunication on how many more visits this would take for the ear. Wasn't told that until the next visit when the ear was worse than when I went in the first time. Parted ways.

Weighed my dog, took her temp,examined her for fleas, checked her ears, listened to her heart and lungs. Explained the new medication. Answered some questions I had about fleas and about my aging cat. Took his time and treated my baby with a lot of love and kindness. I had an aging ill dog put to sleep here a couple years ago and they let me stay with him as long as I wanted. The doctor was very kind. Dr. Thomas sent me a sympathy card a few days later. I have taken my rat, rabbit, g***** pig, cats, dogs, and even a stray turtle in the past 25 + years and they have always been great. They also have a vaccination clinic and do exams at no cost on animals newly adopted from the shelter.
