Excellent.  Chris came very soon after my call for an estimate.
Presented a professional brochure of services, inspected the roof, discussed options and made recommendations.
Estimate arrived a few days later.
Repair was promptly scheduled to fit my schedule.
Chris and crew of two arrived a day early and promptly completed the work in about 4 hours.
The crew invited me to inspect the work as it proceeded so I could see the condition of the roof and the procedures they were following.  
While it was impossible to see the source of the leak they showed me that prior work could have been done better.
They scraped back and re-sealed around the kitchen stove roof vent penetration as well.
Site thoroughly cleaned of debris.
Everything was done as promised.

THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, USED THE PROPER PAINT AND FINISH, SET AND CLEAN UP DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND AFTER JOB WAS COMMPLETED ASKED US IF ALL WAS OK.  IT WAS DONE RIGHT.
