Gene came out within a day of my original contact. He was friendly, prompt and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the pond/waterfall pump and found an inexpensive, yet powerful replacement pump. When he returned to replace it, he worked quickly, yet carefully. Upon completion of the installation, he went over the details and explained how it should best be used.

Almost one whole electrical circuit in my house was inoperative and I couldn't find a blown circuit breaker. I called on Monday morning, 2/13/12 and Mr. Jacobs arrived on Monday afternoon just as he had promised. He spent time trouble shooting and analyzing the problem instead of just jumping in and changing parts. His analysis was thorough and accurate. Everything was done in just at one hour.

They were puncutal, very courteous, and did a good job.

I called them after 10pm and they came out promptly the next morning. It turned out that there was no short. They repaired the light and they told me that the light behind the switch was simply a night vision light and was not a problem. They also did a number of other repairs including work on some outlets. They were very experienced and professional. They were able to take care of multiple problems within one hour. I've been in my house for 40 years and this is the only good, honest electrician I've found. They are licensed, bonded, and insured. I will definitely call them again.

I called the company around 9:00 AM and a secretary told me someone would call me back. In about 20 minutes a gentlemen called back. At that point, I described my problem in detail and that's when he told me he'd be by around 4:00 PM. Sure enough, he showed up at 4:00 PM. I showed him the problem and within 40 minutes everything was working! Very very good technically.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY DID QUALITY WORK, AND THEIR DEMEANOR WAS FINE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THAT'S JUST WHAT I WANTED OUT OF THEM.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD. WE'VE USED THEM BEFORE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE. IT'S A FAMILY ORGANIZATION, AND THERE ARE THREE WORKERS. I HAD TO WAIT A DAY FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK FOR THE SERVICE.

SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. PRICE TOO HIGH. NOT ALWAYS PROMPT. NOTIFIED OF POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. NOT VERY PERFESSIONL IN APPEARANCE AND MANNERS.
