I have been a monthly maintenance customer of Insight for about 4 years. This was after using a multitude of other companies. Insight is local and family run and owned. They have not only done an amazing job with monthly service for bugs/spiders/rats, but also been there for me whenever there were other concerns in there scope of work. They have done everything from rebuild part of a shed on my property that was damaged from termites/water, treater plants for spider mites, as well as even treating a wooden bench that was somewhat of a family heirloom that had been infested with beetles. Whenever I have a problem, they are always responsive and let me know whether they can help or not, and they have always been able to help! Israel is extremely knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to concerns, and most importantly knows how to get things done!

I interviewed 3 companies to solve my termite problem. Insight was the 3rd. After talking to Israel and his crew, I knew this was who I was going to use. I had dry wood and subterranean termites. Insight had the best plan for eliminating the termites at the most competitive price by far. In fact, the price was so low, I would have been skeptical if I didn't have so much confidence after talking to the crew. The work is done and I am very happy with the whole transaction. If you're considering companies for termite work, do yourself a favor and at least let them come give you an inspection. I think you'll be happy you did.

Israel did an outstanding job treating our property, inside and out. He explained the treatment he used, which turned out to be very effective. No more ants, period.

The staff was courteous, prompt and professional. All phases of the work were done quickly and without delay. Isreal explained everything and answered all of our questions. He even made a second trip to the house after we had more questions. The fumagation crew did a wonderful job, even sweeping and cleaning any mess they made. Excellent job. I would highly recommend Insight Pest Management for anyone's fumagation needs.

I really enjoyed the service provided by IPM.  I knew it was time to treat my home for termites.  We scheduled an inspection and were able to develop a treatment plan that worked for my budget as well as other concerns.  During the inspection, Israel, provided tips and suggestions that will help me protect my home.  The service was prompt and thorough!  Great job.
