We went to their showroom and spoke with the owner, who had a good price for Merbeau pre-engineered hardwood floor from Tarkett. We got the floor installed shortly thereafter and although they proposed a week for the installation, it took only three days. They were very clean and moved back all the furniture. The quality of the installation was excellent with only two minor issues, e.g. the old PVC floor in one bathrooms had a dent after installation of the floor border and the border piece at the front door came loose shortly after installation. Otherwise, the floor looked fantastic and definetely was what sold this home in the deepest housing market depression.

They were fine. They are hardworking and trustworthy. They had a reasonable estimate. They met all my expectations and they were good. They were competitive in terms of price. I would use their services again in the future.

Company located flooring that had been discontinued for several years so that it matched the wood flooring already in my house. They have in-house installers who arrive promptly, get right to work, and continue working non-stop with only a short lunch break. Excellent workmanship and skilled carpentry! Very satisfied with the job.

Eddie, the owners' son, was a valuable and very knowledgeable salesperson. We discussed our options and Eddie guided us through the pros and cons of various woods, colors, and finishes. No pressure, no pushing, just good solid advice. Once we decided on the type of wood, Eddie arranged for us to see it installed at a local customer's house. That was extremely helpful and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Once the wood arrived, we wanted it installed quickly but they had a big job coming up. They still managed to squiz us in. Their team of Russian men did a beautiful job, working non-stop for 3 days, not even taking the time to have lunch. The wood we chose was solid harwood called Homewood Hickory. Our floors are gorgeous. We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work.
