. They did nothing. Moved my brick. I have pictures dust all over leaves. It was fairly cleaned to begin with. Then leave a message it needs new knobs. I call when I see nothing done. Take pictures. Hear nothing for 30 days. Then ther want to come put the knobs on. I say not if you do not clean and polish. No they will send their best person. He comes changes the jobs and does nothing. I take more pictures email. Hear nothing again 30 days. Whole summer not used my barbeque. Incompetent, excuses. Guess they only work on very dirty Barbeque's so must thing mine is clean. I don't even know the cost of service. They give you an approximate based on pictures. So funny they can tell from 3 sets nothing done. As service has not been done. I have not paid and they can have their knobs back I could have bought my own if that was all I wanted done. We always get mice so I am beyond grossed out when I can see the mice hair.

Cameron and Jesse were excellent. They detailed every part of my barbeque from the interior to the exterior. The drilled out my burners and by hand detailed all the stainless steel. They worked for over 2 hours and my grill looked like new when they were done.

The men that arrived were within their time frame that was given to me and were very polite and respectful of my things before and while they worked. They were very helpful and nice, showing me how everything works along with giving me prices and an overall experience was great.

Jesse and Cameron showed upon time and were very friendly. They worked hard for over two hours scrubbing, grinding and cleaned our barbeque. They also repaired my ignition which was not lighting. My barbeque looks brand new. I love this company they are very professional.

Mixed bag. I used them several times. The first time was great. Every time after that however was filled with frustration/confusion on their part/ poor follow up and the last time they left one of my control knobs worse off than before. Although they offered to come back for free I was more afraid to let them back in than wanting to fix the grill. Over the last two years I was following the reviews and hoping they would get their act together so I could use them again as I felt badly for the owner and though he actually had good intent. I see though that it seems not much has changed. Too bad.

The grill was old and filthy and they made it better. They were prompt. I was able to use my grill as it was clean. I wasn't totally impressed with them as the service was just ok. I thought they were going to replace some of my broken knobs and stuff, I feel like they just kind of cleaned it. I was not there when they were there and maybe my grill is to old for parts but when I spoke to them over the phone they were gonna do that, so I was bummed. It took them about three weeks to come out as they are pretty busy.

They wanted a 100 dollar tip. They were floppy even the neighbors asked who were that clowns were. I would suggest integrity would be a good point. They did not call me back.

Very professional. Explained everything they were doing, explained workings of grill. Cleaned and opened up any clogged grill parts. Job took about two hours. No extra services either pushed or needed.

I was on the fence about getting rid of this rather expensive BBQ, due to the abuse that had piled up over the years. Now I'm glad I didn't. No way I could have replaced a 4 burner, rotisserie and side burner cast iron grill for the price of their service, and now I won't have to for many years.

I have a 53" Viking grill that I did not clean regularly. I think their price is a little steep for only cleaning the grill (repairs are extra) but having done it myself in the past, it's not much fun. I wasnt home when they performed the service but I was pleased with the end result. My grill was clean and in working order. I did notice one of the racks was bent like it was dropped. It could have been that way before but I dont think so. Regardless, overall I was pleased with their service and will use them again.

I basically joined Angie's List to protect me from Companies like this...
Did they clean my Grill yes... Is my Grill working no... Was I satisfied with their service... Absolutely Not...
I called the company and the Lady on the phone has a Great Sales pitch on how they break down the Grill and such... They spend 3 hours or how ever long it takes... We charge $300.00... Seems High... But, I paid a lot for the Grill so come on out... BTW Some of my Ceramic Bricks are broken and need to be replaced... No problem we have them on the Truck... Well how much do you charge... No more then what you would pay at Barbeques Galore... Cool...
Please keep in mind if your Grill Needs Service they have no Parts... Turns out I had a burned out wire our Firebox... They then tell me they would have to come back out and charge me $75 to $125.00 in Labor to come back out and install that... However if I had the piece now, it would only be $40.00... Well I wanted my Grill for the Labor Day Weekend...
So, I will run down to where I brought the Grill and get the Part.. (Barbeques Galore) Let me get your phone number and I will call you when I am there... So I call his cell so I have the number in my phone...
I get there, they chat, he says I can get by with one igniter wire when it takes 3.... No I will buy all three... We hang up and the Guy a BG looks up the Part and is missing a Piece... So looks like I have to pay for them to come out again...
I Drive back home... I live in the Hollywood Hills so it was a drive back... I get home and find out they have left and my Wife had paid them... Oh BTW you need to buy Ceramic Bricks... I was just at BG ordering Parts, You have my cell number, The lady on the phone told me you have bricks on the truck, the first thing you do when cleaning is remove the bricks... Why would you not say something while I was at BG... They clearly knew I needed new bricks at the beginning, because you are breaking down the Grill....
Also why would you leave... BTW I understood it was an extra charge... You did not know I did not have the parts with me... You could not have called... I was quoted you would be there 3 hours not 2 hours...
So I am upset... and I call them back and a manager answers the phone... I explain the situation and he apologizes and says not only do they have the bricks... But they have the parts... I am needing as well... They bought a lot inventory when BG went through Chapter 11... I will call you in about an hour and make this right...

He said he would sell me the parts at cost, and do the labor fee or charge. The guy he sent fixed the grill, and it is working perfectly. When I called to settle the bill, they said they owner made a mistake and said I would have to pay more for the parts. They said they would honor the quoted price if I would change my review on Angie's List to a positive review. The grill looks new, and works perfectly. I have now paid double for parts, because BBQ's Galore would not give me back my money. Bottom line, unless you have something in writing I would not do business with this company. Everything they say is a misrepresentation. I don't think it's worth $150.00 an hour, Beverly Hills Mercedes is $165.00 to work on a car. My complaint is not of the service, it is of the price and the customer service they provided. I would never do business with this company again.

They were friendly, professional and accommodating. They took the whole BBQ apart, cleaned it and reassembled it. It looks great and works perfectly!

Making an appointment was very easy and they were great about scheduling. They went to our house while I was at work and had no problems getting in the gate, doing the job, and cleaning up after themselves. They left a bill and took a credit card payment over the phone after the job was done. All in all very convenient. They did an amazing job of getting the inside of the grill, the hood, and the doors clean. It looked like new...however it seemed they didn't touch the sides as they were just the same as before they came out, hence the "B" rating on quality. I only say I wouldn't use them again because of the cost. If I had a grill that cost more, I could justify the cost, but for the cost of two cleanings I could replace my grill altogether. Otherwise, a good experience.

Our appointment was for 10-12 and Rocky (the tech) called at around 6:00 and asked if he could come earlier (he knew we were available at this hour), and we said ok and they showed up at around 6:30, which was great for us. They were very courteous and professional, as well as patient with my questions. The cost is a little higher than other providers, but we would use them again.

Two technicians showed up half hour before expected time (amazing!). Very thorough, professional and efficient. BBQ looked almost new...hate to start using it again! Explained everything they did before leaving and offered practical recommendations. This was second time we used them... Will continue to use in future.
