ERIC'S RAINGUTTER & WINDOW CLEANING

I wasn't here when they did the job. They were on time. They worked quickly. They did the job correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. I did not find any damage from them doing their job.

The quality of the work Eric's did was excellent -- they cleaned all of our windows and screens until they were literally sparkling. However, the only downside was getting to our house. They were supposed to arrive in the late morning, but didn't arrive until almost two hours late because the team had difficulty finding our house. I had given the office directions, and then tried to communicate directions again several times to the driver, but they apparently drove around in circles for several hours trying to find our neighborhood. Once they got here, they were great -- I'd definitely hire them again -- though I'd make sure first that they definitely know how to get here.

They responded to my call right away and were very friendly.

I called "Windows by Eric" after doing research on Angie's List and also hearing unsolicited positive comments from a friend who used "Gutters by Eric". I told Eric what kind of windows I had and how many and he was able to quote me a price of $300 (with the Angie's List discount) and $325 if I wanted by 2 skylights cleaned. I was surprised when Eric told me that it would only take 2 to 2.5 hours to clean all my windows, screens and French doors. The last time I had personally cleaned all the windows, screens and French doors, it took me two full days. We scheduled a date & time, with a start time of 8AM. Eric's crew showed up at 7:00AM, one hour before the scheduled arrival time. By 9:30AM they were all finished--taking 2.5 hours to clean everything. Alex even cleaned my entry chandelier, which had not been cleaned in 3 years, so that it sparkled. It was well worth the $300. The team did such a great job that I tipped them an additional $40 and 4 cans of Coke.

They were very quick and efficient. The work was done very well and the price was very reasonable. They were a pleasure to have around when they were doing the work and I was satisfied in every way.

Excellent work - they arrived promptly, checked exactly what I wanted and started working. The whole job took approximately 2 hours. They appeared to be very through and careful and were happy to move furniture and deal with difficult to reach areas. The shower screen was cleaned free of charge and sensible advice was provided about how regularly the work needed to be done. Best of all three jobs were done at once - windows, screens and gutters. I will definitely use the company again.

They did a great job. Part of the patio cover overhung the pool and I was very worried about the dirt getting into the pool as we had just re-plastered it. Alex and his crew did an awesome job of keeping the pool free of any dirt and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended!

I initially called Eric at the beginning of the week and was able to promptly schedule the job. The owner was prompt and courteous when returning my initial call. On Saturday, Trevor, the workman, arrived on time and was very professional. He provided his own garbage bags and cleaned up his mess. The price of the job was as quoted.

The work was done extremely well. The workers were polite and efficient. My only complaint was that they arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.

We were very impressed with both the responsiveness and professionalism of Eric, Alex and his crew. Although they were running 30-40 minutes late, (we had the last appointment of the day), Alex called to let us know he was running late and asked if they could still come to our house. Once at our house, they were very professional. The attention to detail was evident by how careful they were in our house and how they cleaned up outside afterwards. The difference between a professional window cleaner and our housekeeper was amazing. I don't know why we waited so long to bring in a professional, but from now on we will be using Eric after each rain season or whenever the windows need a good cleaning. They also did a great job cleaning out our gutters which needed a good cleaning out as well due to large trees around our house. Window Cleaning was $225 and Gutter Cleaning was $125. I believe Eric gave us a discount because of Angie's List.

I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, PROMPT, & DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON WINDOWS & SCREENS, CLEANING THE WINDOWSILLS AFTERWARD. THEY CLEAN UP THE MESS. CREW OF 4 MADE THE JOB FAIRLY QUICK.

I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I THINK THIS COMPANY WOULD DO A GREAT JOB DOING YOUR GUTTER CLEANING. I LIKE THIS COMPANY AND THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND THEY WERE REALLY RELIABLE. I TRULY TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MY EXTERIOR HOUSE WORK.
