 + -1 moreHe asked for a significant deposit, did a partial job, and did not get permits. He stopped taking our phone calls and refused to complete the job. We had to hire someone else to finish and of course no refund for unfinished work.
Description of Work: He was supposed to upgrade the electrical box, run lines to bathroom remodel and backyard and patch stucco when finished.
