What a disaster. These owners are shady and their crew does substandard work.
They failed drywall inspection for over tightening screws. They were supposed to remove and replace screws. Now six months later it's obvious they didn't replace all the screws because I have screws popping out of finished drywall and their patching is noticeable everywhere. I had to hire others to finish the job and now I have to have the drywall patched again, sanded and repainted. This guy has cost me so much money it's mind-boggling. He is a a bottom feeder.
