Luther from Condor was cordial and fully explained the repair process. He said the leather upholstery would have to be removed from the wooden frame/base in order to reset the buttons. He also said the leather was worn and stretched in that area, and he would put a reinforcing patch in that area. He said he could guarantee that the reinforcing would hold. I appreciated his honesty. It took less sthan a week from the time I took the set in, and the job was done in a professional manner, in a timely manner. I think it was a very fair price from the work done and I would use his services again.
The location is a little hard to find. The there are 5 buildings at 111 Rancho Conejo Rd, and Condor is in the very rear, # 505.
