I was so happy to have the same person from start to finish. His degree of distressing was unbelievable. He was so creative with styles. He made certain the overall project came together by bringing together the doorknobs, interior doors, and flooring. He is extremely tidy in his work. With other family members in my home, he was very considerate and even brought lunch for them. He was not bothered by working around the day to day events of my household. During the entire process, he would offer suggestions and options to make certain I was satisfied. After some thought, he would even come back and offer other ideas to create more character in the flooring. Charlie has been in business for 27 years.
