We have been using this company a long time. We are very pleased with this company. We will use them again in the future.

He did the job and he was very professional. However, it turned out that that wasn't the problem. But, because he had already installed the part he wasn't really willing to do anything about it other than put in another part and charge me for that. That's when I decided to call somebody else instead. He didn't know it was the wrong part (it was a difficult thing). However, I felt since that wasn't the problem he should have offered me free labor on the other part. Just something because I paid for something I didn't need. Other than that he was professional and showed up on time.
