I live nearby so I went to the BW Glass shop directly and talked to the owner (Vince). He took my information on the shower door dimensions (after I told him I was capable of making those measurements). His price was reasonable. He met his committed delivery date to my house and his installer put the new door in without a problem.

The guys showed up in the expected hour. They came ready to work, happy and smiling. They didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.... They didn't try to charge me more than quoted..... They didn't try to tack on some random fee for something that should have been included. The work area was left spotless and didn't even seem like the window had ever been broke or that they had even been there! I was so happy with the work they did, I called their boss the second they left and let him know I would be referring them to anyone that ever needs windows or mirrors! Now, how often have you done that.... lately!
